Requirements

The Ed Darby Foundation requires all of our applicants to be not-for-profit organizations that look to serve the best interests of their students or children. We will not administer funds to for-profit organizations.

We will generally not consider the following types of organizations and programs for funding: Civic Action Groups, Debt or After the Fact Situations, Immigration/Refugee Issues and Programs, Independent Media Productions, Political/Voter Education, Private Schools, and Religious Institutions.

Those requesting a grant must fill out the application below. The Ed Darby Foundation will not consider applicants who do not fill out and submit the attached application. In addition, applicants must be able and willing to report impact results and practice fiscal responsibility. Impact Reporting

Grant recipients are required to report the impact of our grant on their organization. You can find a template for our impact reporting here.
