We’re excited to welcome Marlow Perkins Sipes as the new Executive Director of the Ed Darby Foundation.
Marlow brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, education, and nonprofit leadership. As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, she has worked in both hospital and school settings, always focused on helping others through communication, learning, and access.
She has served in leadership roles on several nonprofit boards, including the Young Men’s Service League – Tulsa Chapter, Reading Partners, the Eisenhower International School Foundation, and the Tulsa Children’s Museum. She also co-founded 49th is NOT OK, a grassroots movement focused on raising awareness and advocating for increased public education funding in Oklahoma.
A Tulsa native, Marlow was fortunate to know Ed Darby personally and is honored to carry forward his legacy through this role.
Marlow is married to Scott, and together they have three boys. She loves spending time in the mountains skiing and fly fishing, and enjoys playing golf with her husband and sons.
